Today is an incredibly good day for about six reasons. Here I go naming them:
#1.
It was fairly cool this morning which was fantastic. It makes me excited to have a real house someday without scary neighbors so that I can open my doors in the morning when it is nice and cool. How fun will that be?
#2.
On the way to work this morning I was listening to Jimmy Eat World on random, and out of nowhere, or I suppose out of the speakers, it starts playing their Christmas song! I got SOOO excited, because I cannot wait for Christmas! So I sang along to the whole thing, and then repeated it again.
#3.
This came yesterday.
This is quite possibly my favorite Pottery Barn time of year. I love all things in like October, because they are showcasing Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas things all at once. They had 6 whole pages of Christmas in here. I love it.#4.
Today is two months until my birthday! I might have shouted that at work when I realized it this morning. That is another reason I love fall, my birthday falls right in the middle of it. I can't wait for my birthday because we always have Birthday Breakfasts, and I usually request pumpkin roll for my breakfast. Oh hooray, I'm excited!

Sara made a Costco run for the office yesterday, so we have an astonishing amount of Diet Pepsi at our fingertips, as well as an amazing lemon cake, and a huge box of Cheez-Its. Healthy Shmealthy, it's for suckers if you ask me.

I'm really pretty. Thanks Sara for posting this on your blog so that we could all enjoy it a little more. Also, Jason said that I look like my mom in it, which made me excited.
Oh, and just in case anyone was wondering (Jake, Sara and Kev), family week will indeed continue, however my internet at home is being an a-hole, so it may be a day or two before that starts up again.
Also, Katie you need to start a blog. Right now!

I thought about coming down to the office for breakfast this morning - lemon cake! Then I realized that even though I'm not working today, other people with eyes are, and I don't want my wake-ed-up-ness to burn their eyes out. So I settled for two ding-dongs instead, and then a piece of pumpkin pie.

uh! lucky! my potter barn mag hasn't come yet! hopefully today! i can't wait! although i do wonder why i torture myself so much cause i am too cheap to ever buy anything. dang it. their ideas are lovely though.

Melissa, you + the wig is about the funniest thing ever. Dang it, why do you even make crazy wigs look good. You are too cute, and judging by that picture I am thinking you will be a cute grandma too. Anywho, I love pottery barn catalog day. It's just torture though...stupid red side table that is $250, I want it!

That picture made my life. Not just my day, my whole life. So thanks for that. I love that we can both think about birthdays on the 19th of every month, because I'm pretty sure I do that even when its not even remotely close to my birthday. Happy Birthday very soon-ish!
I think I like the picture of you on Mom's blog better! You should wear a wig and surprize Philip tonight. I think he would like it!
